The videos will not be labelled or anything – I just want to get something up for xmas day. It’ll be some of last night and most of this am
Video upload is taking forever – i’ll go ahead and post the link in my next msg and you can see what’s there and check back for more later.

This Gaggia is MUCH better at making espresso than I am and even after the 6 hours or so i’ve spent learning it, I have a long way to go.
So, I opened it last night and set it up. There has been much debate about whether to go ahead and open it or wait until Christmas morning. The final deciding factor is that, much as it seems to surprise people, this is my first REAL espresso machine and I have firmly believed […]
i made a blog post about my first impressions of my new Gaggia Classic espresso machine http://tinyurl.com/ychfyl7
um, hm. it seems my webhost suddenly vanished – none of my sites are reachable. so, that link i posted is useless at the moment.
now following @dhstatus but no word yet on anything that would explain why my sites aren’t reachable. #dreamhost
could someone with a #dreamhost site (esp. on herod) let me know if you also are having issues?
ok, my site is back 🙂 @dhstatus #dreamhost
Soon it will be Christmas Day! 🙂 http://flic.kr/p/7q2A1o

The conception of two people living together for twenty-five years without having a cross word suggests a lack of spirit only to be admired in sheep.

Norman Rockwell’s rosy illustrations of small town American life looked so photographic because his method was to copy photographs that he conceived and meticulously directed, working with various photographers and using friends and neighbors as his models.
Cleaning in the kitchen, wesley and my mom watching old christmas tv specials in the living room. @nurseterra is working 16 hours today 🙁
Oh, and my new espresso machine is arriving some time today 🙂 🙂 🙂 UPS though, so probably won’t be until afternoon or evening.
I would be getting SO much more done if I didn’t keep walking into the living room to look out the window every few minutes.
Grrr, no package. Watching @angelinamonique (someone I apparently follow on twitter) cooking on ustream because i’m bored and irritated.
Clarification: I say "great! So what should I do now?" twitter pops up, says someone I don’t know is cooking, with a link, here I am.
Ok, that is NOT funny! UPS truck pulled up, I walk out to the porch, he got out of his seat, was in the back for a second, and then he left!
We have stuff we HAVE to go do tomorrow, we can’t sit around and wait on a package!!!! I was only irritated before, but now i’m ANGRY!
IT’S HEEEEEEERE!!!!!!!! THEY CAME BACK!!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 (i guess I can put my Ativan away 😛 )

There’s finally a shipment tracker update – my Gaggia arrived in ABQ at 12:20pm. Couldn’t UPS be early just this once??!!!(!!!!??!?!!???!!) -

Re-arranged my bar, removed the Bodum, ready for the Gaggia. Standing, looking at it – exactly like Max Cohen, waiting for Euclid’s chip.
Hm. Get a load of the singing, flashing tree on Indian Wells at Hawaii – gotta’ roll your window down to hear it.
(makes me wonder if there’s some kind of christmas invisible swordsman around.) -

This is the 3rd year that I can’t find a ‘net radio xmas station I like better then SomaFM’s – great balance of solemn/whimsical, old/new.
Upon closer reading of the delivery status of my Gaggia on the UPS site, I have concluded it won’t be delivered until the 22nd after all 🙁
Found a torrent of a bunch of tv xmas specials (rudolph, frosty, charlie brown, etc.) – may do those for slumber party night tomorrow 🙂
