Trying IM+ on my hpone – very nice chat app with Skype, Facebook, AIM, YIM, MSN, ICQ, even MySpace chat. Cool features, too. $30, though!

I’m doing the free 7 days, so if you want to chat me up on any of those, all my contact info is on my site – http://christophercornelius.com

It seems not descaling the Gaggia for so long has damaged the valve inside the steam wand assembly – whole thing will have to be replaced.

During Gaggia surgery, found my group gasket is getting brittle already (7months). Desert climate? I doubt it but don’t have other theory.

I still have hopes that descaling will fix (or help) the steam wand leak. Waiting for the descaling stuff in the mail.

@don_rivers That Android camera is quite impressive. But, hey, are you aware of the many multi-posts showing up on your TweetPhoto?

Just got a call from a partner I worked with in the homeless/addiction ministry in Albuquerque. Sometimes I really miss home.

So, Moulin Rouge bluray now available for pre-order but no date! http://tinyurl.com/2fw4zj8 (and other great blu news in the last week)

@don_rivers nope, "Sam’s Gift Shop" in same strip building as the Rocket chinese place. They said they’ve only been there 3 weeks.

Um, i guess when it says "gift shop" and the windows are covered with skull&crossbones flags, it should be assumed they are, uh, ya’ know…

…purveyors of incense and other "lifestyle accessories" 😛 Just didn’t know there as one in this town.

@don_rivers Wow at your Times Square pic. Just wow. You’re, like, really in New York. I’ve seen a lot — but not that.

Just hit 15hrs in Final Fantasy IX 🙂 But now, as a great man once said, "Come sweet slumber and shroud me in thy purple cloak." 😛

Usually, there’s not a day so bad that playing some Norah Jones can’t make it better. But, she’s got her work cut out for her today.

Primer is not a movie – it’s a hobby. Even seeing it a dozen times is not enough – don’t even bother if you’re not prepared for that.

If you love the local history photos on the walls in Lowe’s grocery store, I saw a book at Hastings that has them (all?) and more for $20.

Um, why is Uncle Monty, from Withnail & I in a Harry Potter movie???

@don_rivers looking at time stamps on your timeline, wondering if you plan on sleeping on the flight 😛

Took Lady Gaggia apart and cleaned some internal stuff – adjusted the OPV 1/2 turn clockwise (opposite what i’d done in March).

So, in March I turned the OPV ccw one turn, then another 3/4 later – now just went back (cw) 1/2 turn.

Got my Gaggia for xmas, have never backflushed or descaled it (i know, i know) – just ordered the stuff i need (chemicals, pf insert).

@paryb according to Google, that would be "HA! I kill me!".

now you tell me – don’t those handles look cut out??? http://is.gd/dkFnb well, they’re solid 🙁

Now that i’ve finalized the recipe and we have enough demi spoons, the first non-experimental batch of popsicles just went in the freezer 🙂

1/4 to 1/2oz syrup (flavored or simple), 1oz espresso, 1&1/2oz cream. Very creamy, intensely coffee-y, and caffeinated, obviously 🙂

(and k-mart currenly has perfect popsicle molds at 3oz each – like 4 of them for just under $5, if i recall correctly.)

if you didn’t see the pic before, here’s the espresso popsicles. (though, i now use cream, not half-and-half) http://flic.kr/p/8ed8HM

is currently watching The Fourth Kind on Blu-rayâ„¢ Hi-Def!

twitter-enhanced movies. What will they think up next? 😛

watched The Fourth Kind and rates it 5 stars out of 5. There’s nothing more frightening than the fourth.

I actually thought The Fourth Kind was an incredible movie. Will have to give it another viewing soon before i get decide for sure.

THIS! Arrow In The Head’s movie review of The Fourth Kind: http://is.gd/djC3R

I did not know (no tv) The Fourth Kind was so heavily pushed as "real" – hard to Google for actual reviews – most articles prove/refute.
