Spending the rest of the day marathoning Lexx – gonna finish s3 and start s4. Just found out a new box set is coming in march! Not U.S. 🙁

Worried about Lexx s4 – heard very little good. But, we’ve been at this for over a year, wanna see it all. Then, we’ll start over 🙂

Anyway, we have three eps of Lexx s3 to go. We have become squealing, slobbering fans of this show. Even Wesley loves it 🙂

There’s something wrong with the electricity. My phone won’t charge. I plug it in, it thinks i’m only connecting to a computer.

Someone more knowledgable about electrical stuff can probably tell me what that means. But, every cord I try gets me those results.

If I’m getting the radio info right Tularosa and La Luz have no gas, most no power. There and here, they have emergency evacuation shelters.

@RachelRT Wow. I lived in Tulie for a few months when I was a kid – we either had gas or I was too young to notice the difference.

Pretty bold move giving cell #s of people (with 4x4s) offering rescue rides to the shelters for those who can’t get there. Good on ’em.

I was just reminded by @RachelRT how many in Tularosa and La Luz use propane, not natural gas.

The internet feed for city of alamo police isn’t streaming. I’ve never had that happen before. Was hoping to hear something interesting.

Ok, the radio just said it again – winter storm warning for Cloudcroft and Ruidoso – I didn’t know we were potentially affected.

For non-locals, Ruidoso and Cloudcroft are up in the mountains – the upper-elevation towns – and we’re lower.

Well, it has been stopped for a few minutes. Fingers crossed.

Ok, ok, krwg just mentioned snow down here. If they said it before, I didn’t catch it. I lived here years as a kid and snow was rare.
