The lights are flickering. We used to lose power all the time. Hope this isn’t a return – don’t feel like being blacked out right now.

The fracking power just went out while i’m cooking breakfast and she’s in the shower!!! grrrAAARRRR!!!!

Finished cooking by cell phone light, she finished shower by flashlight. Still no power.

There’s something wrong with the electricity. My phone won’t charge. I plug it in, it thinks i’m only connecting to a computer.

Someone more knowledgable about electrical stuff can probably tell me what that means. But, every cord I try gets me those results.

@don_rivers Good point. Though, i tried it on more than one. I’m hoping the power atm just doesn’t have the oomph my phone wants.

.@don_rivers btw, the chargers not lighting up the charge light on my phone are lighting up the charge light on my usb passthrough e-cig.

@don_rivers ;D I plug in my phone to a cable, the light doesn’t come on saying it’s charging – plug e-cig into same cord, its light comes on

@don_rivers I therefore deduce my e-cig may very well want less volts/amps/?? than my phone does

If I’m getting the radio info right Tularosa and La Luz have no gas, most no power. There and here, they have emergency evacuation shelters.

@RachelRT Wow. I lived in Tulie for a few months when I was a kid – we either had gas or I was too young to notice the difference.

Pretty bold move giving cell #s of people (with 4x4s) offering rescue rides to the shelters for those who can’t get there. Good on ’em.

I was just reminded by @RachelRT how many in Tularosa and La Luz use propane, not natural gas.

The internet feed for city of alamo police isn’t streaming. I’ve never had that happen before. Was hoping to hear something interesting.
