Sick and tired of being sick and tired. Day 5, still enough lingering symptoms (incl nausea!) to limit productivity – house is a disgrace.

Green knight needs food badly! Enough clear liquids and popsicles – I need some of that leftover pizza. Or a coffee. Maybe both.

watching Whip It with Terra – I was right when I had an inexplicable compulsion to take to her to see it in the theater. But I didnt! 🙁

I am loving Whip It as much as I did Bring It On. What has happened to me? My taste has been ruined by all those slumber party nights 😛

I just ordered a lb of Intelligensia Black Cat Classic Espresso. The best I’ve ever used is the Espresso Italiano from Red Rock in ABQ.

It’s pride. I think my equip and skill level should be producing better coffee. Have I been ignorantly using sub-standard beans all along?

Terra observed the worst thing about stomach flu barfing is you didnt even get to (over)do anything fun to cause it – junk food, booze, etc.

Watching the semi-free form documentary "Tarnation". Only a third in so far, but ‘self-indulgent’ and ‘overproduced’ keep coming to mind.

When I can’t decide which is the right thing to do, I choose the harder – the right thing to do is rarely the easy thing to do.

Waking up the bleeping swamp cooler (i miss real a/c!). Should have done it a week ago but yesterday was the first truly uncomfortable day.

After only a few days of getting to wear them, a buckle broke on my favorite Dr. Martens sandals 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁

Proved again that it’s always when I’ve talked someone into watching something that it turns out to be nowhere near as good as I remembered.

Wesley got mad and deleted all the stuff off his PSP again, grrrrr. So, it’s back in the locking case and he watches what WE choose.

I re-d/l’d all 87 eps of the Sesame Street podcast and, if he wants his PSP, he is only allowed to watch those for the next few days or so.

Wesley has his own movies, games, family photos, music, and even home movies and internet radio stations on his PSP. He’s only FOUR!!!

Wesley has had his own PSP for about 2 years, I guess. It was always in a locking protective case until the last few months.

He knows so many of these Sesame Street podcast episodes by heart – but, his PSP automagically downloads a new one every week.

His PSP is also subscribed to a few Flickr feeds, daily bringing him new pics tagged with "balloon", "puppy", "moogle", and similar stuff.

I am convinced every toddler should have a PSP. Erm, and parents who know how to set up all the neat things it can do 😛

@don_rivers I do hope you brought blankets and can stay for sunset and dark – perfect cloudless night to see all the stars, milky way, etc..
