@banhidancer i didn’t snap until this morn that was an Ender reference. Loved those books but didn’t get far and havent read Bean series.
@banhidancer the Ender books got me interested in Esperanto – "Ho bebo, tio estas kio mi shatas!" is all i remember 😛
In case you were wondring, the two kitties are not happy about this. And poor xmas kitty keeps backing down to new, older (6-7y.o.) kitty.
Teaching Terra how to backflush clean the espresso machine.
The dynamic is clearly this: Moogle kitty will not be the aggressor, but he would be the victor if it came to fisticuffs.
Moogle kitty looks at Christmas kitty like "Don’t do it, kid. I don’t want to hurt you".
We feel bad for xmas kitty that he’s feeling bullied out of his home – but xmas is outside all the time so their interaction is minimal.

Lemme tell ya, trying to cook dinner with limited water usage is a beeyotch! But mexi-fish with pico de gallo and spanish rice is served! 🙂
(I removed the P-trap from under the sink and put a bucket under it and then just had to keep emptying out the backdoor while I worked.)

.@don_rivers Yeah, not every town has nose cones, I suppose. And then there’s the space monkeys thing. (suddenly wanna watch Fight Club)
Wesley has learned up all the wrong things from me. I think the only chance is a master reset to factory state.
Plumber here, cleared the clog in the wall, now working on other things that needed done for awhile, so this is a good day.
Sesame Street podcast has begun a series of eps focusing on one letter at a time, rather than a word. Good time to subscribe if you arent.
Welp, I guess we won’t be getting a piggie – we got another kitty! (??!!) Will post pic if he ever comes out from under the bed 😛 -

Fearing people is a dangerous trap,  but trusting the Lord means safety. http://read.ly/Prov29.25.NLT
Grrr, a block behind the wall, kitchen sink not draining, plumber can’t come until tomorrow! Am I man enough to do the dishes in the tub?
Received Regarding Henry.
Received MASH: Season 1: Disc 1.
Somebody come over for a cappuccino or something and brighten my day! (@TheLordHypno, Jeremy Patton, @don_rivers (?), @prdpgn, whoever!)
Is it really only 1?? There is something fundamentally wrong with the universe.

Posted @ABQChristopher mmm cappuccino.
@prdpgn But, aren’t you one of those don’t-drink-coffee people? 😛 Well… You haven’t had mine 😀
@prdpgn was playing around with Facebook event thingy and THOUGHT i cancelled it – then you used that phrase "home cafe".

@Rachelrt if so, you have introduced joy to Wesley that will surely last a long time 🙂 And if not, then some kid we don’t know 😉 win/win
Important things eventually stress you into action, it’s the unimportant things that get overlooked – I use early mornings for the latter.
(That last tweet was stolen from Rumpole and took like six re-writes to try to fit the idea in 140 characters.)
This just in: They are putting Terra back on 8-hour shifts, monday thru friday! YAY!! These 12s with no pattern which days she works suck!
Btw, Wesley’s first word this morning, within seconds of opening his eyes, was "Legos?" 🙂
@don_rivers in the back of my mind I’m always thinking "what if someone wants to RT? It’s too long!" then i think "don’t flatter yourself":P
Had fun taking Wesley to Hastings, GameStop, and Walmart. Then we had junk food lunch – chips and cheese dip! Don’t tell Terra 😀

MUST!! HAVE!! The amazing cups at 0:41 and 3:14 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1O1vGGqg4k&feature=youtube_gdata
HA!! Just found a huge (like almost car-tire-size) bag of Legos at Goodwill for $5. Wesley is squealing and spinning in circles 🙂

Trying out random PS3 demos – the one for Blur is Facebook and Twitter enabled.
Backflushed the Gaggia, soaking the inside plumbing with citric acid now, detail cleaning everything on the bar. Obsessive morning 😉
Well, the mystery of the leak around the portafilter is solved – the group head gasket is cracked and even missing a couple small chunks.
The descaling is getting some stuff out, but not as much as i’d hoped for and i worry about the aluminum boiler. Maybe i’ll do it again.
Well, all that took a long time but the first shot was great 🙂 Still have the new shipment of beans to bag up – then on to housework 😛
Even while eating, kitty lets Wesley stack toys on him http://flic.kr/p/8mCCms
@don_rivers I guess I have not. But, btw, Wesley is the only one in the house he is so patient with.
Shared 2 videos.
(I’m trying various media upload methods (YT,FB,Flickr), so you’ll see some repeats but the total (so far) is one pic, two videos.)

.@don_rivers We had to get a notarized affidavit, signed by Terra, testifying that I live here. An option WE had to research to know we had.
Making iced lattes (caramel for her, hazelnut for me), listening to Dementia Radio, browsing bad movies – it’s slumber party night 🙂
Tonight’s junk food movie – The Descent part 2 – we have very low hopes (but I love the original, only horror blu-ray I own).
.@don_rivers I think it had a limited release in UK, dvd only here. Iirc, it’s only produced by the guy who wrote & directed the original.
.@don_rivers Erm, I should probably fact check before I speak (tweet) :P. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Descent_Part_2
.@don_rivers Bottom line, Neil Marshall is the brains – he prod & dir the 1st, ex prod the 2nd. So, at least he’s keeping creative control.
Descent part2 only wishes it was as good as the 1st. (and hard to believe it was the same Dir of Photog, this was distractingly bright lit)
Btw, on writer-directors: "One man writes a novel. One man writes a symphony. It is essential that one man make a film." – Stanley Kubrick
Dgmw, it wasn’t all bad – was very pleased to see there was still a lot of great claustrophopia-based fear – wasn’t just a monster movie.

It’s another make-big-changes-in-Terra’s-room day. We have some good ideas (and more junk going into the closet in Wesley’s room).
Terra’s room is much nicer now:) And my citric acid finally came, so tomorrow I descale and backflush the Gaggia – hope it works a miracle. -

RT @sween: Dropped a Q-tip, but I caught it before it hit the ground. The ninja behind me said, "Whoa." Then we high-fived.
Is it really this simple? It would solve a lot of our daily problems. Hm. One way to find out.
Today would have been my dad’s 65th birthday. I was thinking of posting some of my favorite pics of him. Later – stuff to do right now.
It looks like I’ve jumped through the proper red tape hoops and i’ll get my license renewed today!! Waiting (waiting waiting) at DMV now.
No bills here in my name and DMV doesn’t accept anything I DO have (cell bill, Netflix, etc.) as proof of residency. We found another way.
You know, things at DMV would move a lot faster if so many people didn’t know the counter people and stand there and chat!!
HA! Got my license back! Finally! I will now drive us home 🙂
