These insects are out of hand – i huge dragonfly just buzzed by me out back – looked like a scale model of The Lexx, but with wings…
Now i’m gonna be humming the Brunnen-G song all day 😛 (*yo way yo .. hom vah rey .. yo way raa .. ja ruum Brunnen-G* ahem, oh, sorry…)

Rearranging the sitting room a little bit… My ideas would work a whole lot better if i could paint this one wall that is plain fugly…
Took a little break and played through the demo for Batman: Arkham Asylum – loved the stealthy bits (Splinter Cell fan) but not the fighting
Omfg, what are these bugs that invaded the bathroom (especially in the shower)??? Tiny, black, most have long clear wings, kinda flat body
They are kinda ant size, @driver99, a little bigger, and there were hundreds in the shower floor, everywhere there as water…
And there were many more scattered around the bathroom floor and even in the hall, but none were flying – most have wings, not all…

…@drivers99 I am pretty certain they are not ants – i just flickr’d a halfway decent pic, it should hit twitter in a few minutes…
so if they are flying ants, what do i do? Short of spraying the whole bathroom and hallway with pesticide – i can’t find a source anywhere!
For the record, i sprayed them down with alcohol (hey, it worked) and i hope @drivers99 is right that they’ll just go away…
Not sure if that’s good or bad news, @drivers99, but reading it gave me the willies 😛 -

Made a pot of french press and tried the skimming method gaining so much popularity and i must say i heartily approve of the results 🙂
Yay! @nurseterra is at the shop, getting the car a/c fixed 🙂
@thorobredz the one you suggested was the only one that we could get to do it immediately, while-you-wait, etc….
Only had one cup of the french press this morn, put the rest in the fridge – so now @nurseterra and i are enjoying iced coffee with cream 🙂 -

Shared The Boy Who Heard Too Much
wow, @nurseterra and i watched FOUR movies today – new record for us… Until today, we’d only watched 4 movies all month!
Made some awesome (imntbho) chicken quesadillas for dinner, now gonna watch blu-ray of Blade Runner – one of our fave films EVAR 🙂
Watching the blu-ray of the final cut of Blade Runner always makes me feel like i’ve waited my whole life to see this film look this great.. -

Just watched Romeo + Juliet with @nurseterra – her first time… That move just gets worse every time i see it 😛
Just french pressed a pot o’ coffee for our third movie of the day (!!) – making it a P.T. Anderson double feature with Punch-Drunk Love 🙂
WHY are there a bajillion bleeping flies out here the last couple days???!!! (and WHY does the bleeping screen door choose NOW to break?!!)
@d_hix Punch-Drunk Love is on my list of movies i can’t live without 🙂 i even had a theatrical one-sheet poster of it in my apt back home.
