Just got Wesley a memory game for his PSP & he loves it. The PSP has been a great educational tool for almost 3 years. Parents take note 🙂

I really think I know how I’d do a "beginning home barista" class. I know where I’d start and how it would unfold. Prob 6-8 1-2hr sessions.

Along the way, one session each about press, siphon, moka, espresso. But, just all intro and how to individually progress past the basics.

Since no one would already have all the equipment to practice on, only the basics would be practically useful. But it’d be hands-on info.

Four people per course. I could deal with that. And the "homework" would be simple online research about the next week’s subject.

Finally reading "Coffee – A Guide to Buying, Brewing, & Enjoying" by (the legendary?) Kenneth Davids and it is as great as they say.

Btw, this book has been on my bar .. what? .. seven years?? And I’ve never read it. (Like most of my books, it’s used for reference.)

Mr. Fox’s wife serves him coffee from a moka pot and later, when sneaking into Mr. Fox’s house, they pass the moka and a french press.

And I love how the audio in this movie is obviously, soundstage’d not studio’d – so much more realistic than 99% of animated stuff I see.

Ok, my biggest fear is calmed. The Fantastic Mr. Fox is totally a Wes Anderson film so far.

I can’t recommend Vudu more highly – their peer-to-peer method means HD, 5.1 on demand ("HDX") and buffering is rare. And it’s pay-per-view.

I’m pretty sure all we’ve watched are 99c daily movies, which leaves it up to luck but great choices are frequent. You’ve seen my tweets.

Oh, I see other shows on Netflix have a "New Episodes" on them. I like. And I like how they’re consolidating seasons under one show button.
