Dr says take it easy the next few days. How the heck am I suppopsed to do that? I’m already a day behind on everything because of yesterday.

D’oh! Just occurred to me I missed my big chance yesterday to do "I got pains in my shess!" and "I can’t breef!" jokes. Ah well. Next time.

Or maybe do a Fred Sanford – "I’m coming to see ya’, Elizabeth!" or whatever – can’t say I ever saw more than the promos.

yikes… I just watched Bring It On with @nurseterra and enjoyed it! (!??!!!) Don’t tell anyone. They’ll revoke my film snob card.

I just figured out my tgiving dessert. Martini glass, square dark choc cookie, dollop homemade irish cream pudding, coffee cocoa shavings.

Like upside down cr_me brulee – break cookie with long spoon – pudding, cookie bits, perfect hint of coffee. Dude. This is gonna’ rule 🙂

REALLY bad tension, cramping in shoulders, neck since 2am – WTF? @nurseterra‘s got me on the couch, electric blanket wrapped around my neck.

wow, this is a first – i’m sitting in the emergency room. scary symptoms all morning – @nurseterra very concerned it’s cardiac. Stay tuned.

Already did an EKG, chest xray, IV in, waiting for doc. Haven’t been to a hospital (about me) since I was 19 (i’m 36).

out of the ER, appreciate the prayers 🙂 seems anxiety and stress was culprit – ekg, blood work says i’m healthy (??!!). Ativan prescribed.

Btw, hospital had open wi-fi so I whipped out my psp, logged into the server I run with PSP media files on it and d/l’d a movie to watch 🙂

A home care agency is giving @nurseterra some very minimal work and her interview is today. It’s at a dr office though so not great pay.

Terra’s interview is all bad news. Prob won’t get it – if she does, it pays very little, requires travel, and more than fits in 140 chars.

Out back with Terra, drinking coffee, chain smoking cloves, watching Wesley play, trying to figure out what the heck we’re going to do.

The two patient visits they gave her today got cancelled – we may go ahead and put up xmas stuff today – maybe brighten the gloom a bit.

So, this is day 3 of @nurseterra‘s job hunt – don’t even have any hopeful prospects yet. Cruces would have jobs, but would the car survive?

Sheesh. You get a nursing degree – years of experience – you’d think you’d never not be able to find a job again.

@don_rivers unfortunately, she is an LPN and GCRMC no longer hires those. LPN jobs are very VERY hard to find in this town.

Well @nurseterra has an interview on friday she is cautiously optimistic about. Only thing like good news we’ve had since she lost her job.

watched Up with @nurseterra, wesley, and mom – it was mom’s first time. We saw it at the cinema and wesley watches it a lot on his psp.

We covet prayers today as @nurseterra seeks a new job – holidays are here and we just lost most of our income. With no savings, no credit.

Making dinner, @nurseterra playing the recently relocated Dreamcast in her room. Today’s job hunt was unfruitful. Please keep praying.

Now my PS3 won’t play DVDs. Even tried one we just watched a week ago. A PS2 game still boots for now – those are DVD-ROMs.
