Part received; it is now proven that the problem with my PSP is not the analog nub module 🙁 This SUCKS!!!

I would consider begging a white PSPGo for my bday but I suspect a price drop will be announced at E3.

Between my phone, the computer, my psp, and the plumbing, this has been a total shaking-my-fist-at-the-heavens kind of week.

(If you don’t know me, my PSP provides podcasts & net radio for my work day and sometimes a movie after my day is done – games are rare.)

(curled up in my chair with my PSP and headphones is my best chance of seeing my "boring" movies nobody else would sit through 😛 )

So, haven’t had time for broken psp, broken computer, or my suddenly errant phone. Today is a plumbing problem!! When it rains, it pours.

There is nothing wrong with either of us that Ben & Jerry’s can’t fix. Why wait until slumber party night?? (I don’t even OWN a scale!)

I highly recommend The Cutting Edge: The Magic of Movie Editing, currently on Netflix streaming – great examples for techniques it covers.

Didn’t occur to me until just now that in the last few days I’ve watched both a movie and a documentary called The Cutting Edge. Odd that.

.@don_rivers from everything i’ve read, ‘validate by phone’ is supposed to be one of the options on that window that’s blank for some reason

From what I gather the validate-by-phone option should display on the window that’s blank AND the number it shows is one of many possible.

(And Twitter SMS deliveries are failing again! Lousy time for it. (It sometimes happens to certain carriers only if yours is working.))

"I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing" still gets me every time I hear it. Even the country version.

(Btw, Google it and find the long list of songs by the gal who wrote it – maybe half of the greatest love songs of the last 20 years or so.)

Ok, twittering from the roof (I can see my house from way up here!). Um, it all looks right to me. Everything’s, uh, wet and dripping.

All 4 pads seem to be wet. So, I was right all along – swamp coolers just suck! Or is there more to it? I’m the computers and coffee guy!

I come back inside and Stephin Merritt (as in The Magnetic Fields) is on the radio (that would be KEXP internet radio). Kewl.

Don’t you love that feeling when you got ALL the housework done and it’s not even noon?! Uh, yeah, I don’t get to have that feeling today 😛

When Wesley slips in his socks in the kitchen and falls and I say "Toe pick!" I know I’ve been watching too many of Terra’s movies with her.

Mm-hm, what was I saying about nurse stories? Terra is on her way home for a shower – says she’ll tell me the story when she gets here.

mmkay, an incident Terra lent a hand to, ended up with someone’s blood all over her. It’s not a job, it’s an adventure. Could’ve been worse.

(btw, as for "could’ve been worse" – I’m not being insensitive – taking care of patients is Terra’s job, taking care of Terra is my job.)

And how seredipitous that I had fresh iced coffee to send her off with. I shouldve known there was a reason I felt compelled to make it 🙂

Soo, can anyone recommend a site they trust to get PSP (internal) parts from? I’ve decided that the problem is the analog nub module itself.

@don_rivers I plan to have a look but hadn’t gotten to it. But, the air through the vents smells right, so I think it’s fully functional.
