Dementia Radio, Brown Bag Deli, and Pinot Grigio (GREAT with my chicken chile sammich and Munchos). It must be slumber party night 🙂

I marking this down in our wine diary (yeah, so?) as my favorite white wine experience so far. (not a big fan of anything but reds so far)

Oh, oops, it’s a Ecco Domani 2008 Pinot Grigio that Terra chose with a chicken green chile sandwich from Brown Bag Deli.

Doing spn the way we first started it – move everything in living room, lay out blankets and pillows. Apply movie, junk food.

But, what were we thinking with Time Bandits on blu-ray for spn?? This movie is a lot better than i remembered.

Christmas kitty is terrified of the hot air balloons cruising over the house.

Some jackhole landed in the street a couple blocks from us – we managed to get over to it and there’s a crowd and an angry cop.

I put my old old cheap digital camera in wesley’s hands and showed him how to take pics of the balloons with it. He LOVED it.

I put all the pics wesley took onto his psp and terra is selecting some for Facebook album – it will be up in a few minutes.

If you turn that vid i posted WAY up you can hear the pilot tell the cop he was just stopping for the stop sign and the cop isn’t amused.

Can anyone tell me if this little wine festival is worth it? $24 just to walk in and we drove by and only saw arts&crafts vendors.

Ok, based on Sarah’s recommendation of previous years, we’re walking into the wine fest. Hope it isn’t a bad year 😀 (wine joke)

Welp, the good news is the washing machine isn’t leaking. The bad news is, all that water leakage is coming from behind the wall. GrrAARR!

In other news, the bar computer was killed last night (when SOMEONE overloaded the circuit it’s on) and will now only display 640×480. (??!)

So, uh, if anyone wants me, I’ll be out looking for a brick wall to bang my head against for a while.

I will now remove the back of my hand from my forehead at least long enough to make coffee for Wesley and I.

I used a garden hose and duct tape so the washer can drain out to the back yard. Does this mean I’m a real man now?

Shockingly, the landlord managed to get someone out here quickly and it’s already fixed. Now I can do laundry again. Oh joy.

@don_rivers your first at didn’t hit my phone anyway, i just now saw it. Either verizon or twitter sms is getting frustratingly unreliable.

Wesley is his usual bouncy, squealing, giggly self today. He slept in the living room with me and was very eager for breakfast.

Oh. My. God. Wesley just reached up and switched off his bedroom light switch. We had no idea he could do that. He’s gonna be shaving soon.

@rachelrt Our kitty wouldn’t use the fountain for months (even in July) then we got a 2nd kitty and it’s like new kitty taught him to use it

I just saw Christmas kitty narrowly miss (by a couple feet, tops) getting run over by a garbage truck coming down the alley.

Dementia Radio, making spaghetti, pork&beef meatballs, Terra making sauce, opening the Chianti to let it breathe. SPN after dinner. 🙂

It’s like the kitties come out and sleep in the patio chairs while i’m doing yardwork just to make me jealous or something.

I can build a computer from spare parts but I can’t get this bleeping weed eater line spooled properly so it feeds out the way it should.

If you’ve ever seen our back yard, you’d barely recognize it now. Still I can’t wait to live in an apt again and never do yard work EVER 😉

Now back to my regularly scheduled life of housework and later readying mom’s PS3 that Terra bought gently used off a patient (!?) yesterday

Mmmmmm.the neighbor just handed me a double handful of some fresh roasted green chiles 🙂 not sure what i’ll make with ’em yet.

Tonight is cottage pie, mac&cheese, broccoli, and a nice Chianti. No fava beans. It’s an experiment. #thff-thff-thff-thff-thff
