I’m having chicken green chile stew for a quick breakfast (hey, it’s New Mexico) before Wesley and I run out the door to run errands.

No idea what "Aqua Team Hunger Force" is but they have some moderately amusing stuff on the christmas stations this year.

Ok, I wasn’t minding being at Walmart until I hit the checkout line. (And I think these are all hurriedly-trained new cashiers.)

I think it all finally arrived. Only four presents left to wrap. Uh, and they’re all mine. And they’re all kinda’ big. Good year to be me?

I think poor Moogle has a little kitty cold. He’s been very tired and cranky last couple days and his eyes are all irritated.

So, if these calculations are correct, we have approximately 40.5 hours until we open our presents 🙂

I KNEW I shoulda’ had Wesley turn around during the "mommy’s little piggy" scene in A Christmas Story. He’s trying an oatmeal re-creation.

Tonight’s Christmas Movie: The Royal Tenenbaums. It gets in on technicality – it does take place during the season – there are subtle clues.

Watching The Family Stone with Terra. My fave Christmas movie the last couple years. I LOVE this movie and have refrained from it all year.

(yeah, it’s contrived, sappy, and a little heavy-handed, but the best Christmas movies often are!)

The casting in The Family Stone is flawless. The performances only miss perfection because of a few moments that may be my personal taste.
