A home care agency is giving @nurseterra some very minimal work and her interview is today. It’s at a dr office though so not great pay.

Terra’s interview is all bad news. Prob won’t get it – if she does, it pays very little, requires travel, and more than fits in 140 chars.

Out back with Terra, drinking coffee, chain smoking cloves, watching Wesley play, trying to figure out what the heck we’re going to do.

The two patient visits they gave her today got cancelled – we may go ahead and put up xmas stuff today – maybe brighten the gloom a bit.

Story of my life… RT @1prdpgn: everybody says I’ve got a bad temper if the don’t like my temper they should stop pissing me off!

ooers, this could totally rock… PlayStation LifeStyle » PlayStation Apps Coming to PlayStation Network http://tinyurl.com/yzottgn

Spent all morning wordsmithing and formatting a resume for @nurseterra.

Sony says AdHoc Party comes out TODAY!!! @nurseterra and I now get to fight for time on it 🙂 (FFT:WotL for me, PS:P for her)

Ok this is SO awesome – @nurseterra is online through the PS3 AdHoc Party, playing Phantasy Star Portable on her PSP with three other people

PS3 AdHoc Party is here! http://flic.kr/p/7gXwpm

If ya’ want to find us on PlayStation Network, I am insidious_plots and @nurseterra is nurse_terra.

Dude! You can connect more than one PSP to AdHoc Party! We are both playing PS:P online together! 🙂

HA! Tech support seems to be my unavoidable calling. I’m already answering questions on adhoc party about how to use it 😛

RT @SonyPlayStation: adhocParty app for PSP is now available free from the PSN Store – check out the video walkthrough: http://bit.ly/2f1zOT

Me and a guy just figured out you can even send pics across adhocParty.

So, this is day 3 of @nurseterra‘s job hunt – don’t even have any hopeful prospects yet. Cruces would have jobs, but would the car survive?

Sheesh. You get a nursing degree – years of experience – you’d think you’d never not be able to find a job again.

@don_rivers unfortunately, she is an LPN and GCRMC no longer hires those. LPN jobs are very VERY hard to find in this town.

Well @nurseterra has an interview on friday she is cautiously optimistic about. Only thing like good news we’ve had since she lost her job.

D’oh! RT @Thorobredz @KrispyKremeABQ: Fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts return to ABQ! Grand opening December 8th. We are so excited to be here!

Slumdog Millionaire was awesome. May very well get that one on blu-ray. Erm, for if I ever have a working blu-ray player again 😛

Trying hard to consider the lillies of the field and the birds of the air. But, I’m wishing i’d gone to the ants and considered their ways.

watched Up with @nurseterra, wesley, and mom – it was mom’s first time. We saw it at the cinema and wesley watches it a lot on his psp.

We covet prayers today as @nurseterra seeks a new job – holidays are here and we just lost most of our income. With no savings, no credit.

Making dinner, @nurseterra playing the recently relocated Dreamcast in her room. Today’s job hunt was unfruitful. Please keep praying.

(chicken green chile stew and Grandia II, respectively. if you were curious.)

Now my PS3 won’t play DVDs. Even tried one we just watched a week ago. A PS2 game still boots for now – those are DVD-ROMs.

Ok, everyone, we need lots of prayer. @nurseterra just got let go from her job and finding work as an LPN in this town is near impossible.

Well, it’s about time. RT @SonyPlayStation: New Post: adhocParty for PSP Available Soon http://bit.ly/Qf2LN

March 9!! PlayStation LifeStyle » Final Fantasy XIII Finally Coming Next March http://tinyurl.com/y8t6zlp

@don_rivers the netflix-to-ps3 delivers hd content, so yes, but, only certain titles. they say when you browse there is an indication.

@don_rivers that’s quite a price difference, though. totally worth it, but, you know well that i am a totally biased ps3 evangelist 🙂

@don_rivers fortunately I was spared the decision – the ps3 was a surprise gift, didn’t ever think about owning one.

My very rare green Psion 5mx Pro just reminded me that it was 2 years ago today that dad bought me my very rare green Psion 5mx Pro 🙂

(it is the latest of many Psions i’ve owned, starting with a 3a in ’96 or so. And I still rely on it for a lot today. Irreplaceable.)
