The never accurate thermometer says the temp outside is 66.6 degrees. An omen? 😛 (Our 2nd spn guest ever will be here in half an hour.)

Mm-hm. But, I was raised that if you can’t twitter anything nice, don’t twitter at all.

Qui tacet consentire videtur.

A guest for slumber party night? It worked great once (Chris Dunn was an ideal spn guest). Could it go as well again? I guess we’ll see.

Teaching Wesley the Meow Mix jingle may not be the dumbest thing I’ve ever done, but it certainly has not contributed to anyone’s sanity.

watching Gattaca on blu-ray, a gift from @nurseterra 🙂 Favorite of mine – perfect photography+design, cerebral. Want a no-voiceover edit.

Bagged our latest bean shipment with Wesley then made coffee for us – mine was probably the best cappuccino I’ve made in weeks. Yay for me.

Clarification: not smoking has changed the way everything tastes and I’ve been very displeased with my coffee so I’ve been adjusting methods

I keep tasting it and saying "THIS is what my coffee has tasted like all along?!?! No wonder I get so few people stopping by for it!"

@don_rivers It’s kind of re-visiting the basics, which is good. Maybe the beans I’ve used for years aren’t the best and it’s time to change.

@don_rivers I can at least see it as opportunity to improve. Make what I think is mediocre (and others allegedly thought was good) better 😉

Note to self: chardonnay with kung pao chicken = bad idea. Stick with dry from now on.

Playing some Crazy Taxi on PS3 with @nurseterra – the Dreamcast classic. I no longer have it on Dreamcast, so it’s been at least 10 years.

If I were to do a cosmetic mod on my favorite vaporizer it would have to be a steampunk look. What? I didn’t say I’d dress up or anything.

We got @nurseterra some nail stuff and she’s painting her nails and decorating her vaporizer so they all match, color and scheme 😉

She already has more on it than in this pic RT @NurseTerra: Do you think I could be Holly with my modded vaporizer? http://flic.kr/p/8Tq3Jo

Unfortunately, can’t see her matching nails and she’s stopping for now… RT @NurseTerra: A little prettier http://flic.kr/p/8TnDjP

When Terra does get her vapo and nails complete, I’ll take a good photo and post it. (Btw, it’s been over a week since either of us smoked!)

There is a world of difference between not smoking and not even thinking about smoking. Especially as I’ve smoked 20 years or so. Miracle.

We got her a pink mega 510… RT @NurseTerra My new pink electronic cigarette. It’s pretty 🙂 http://flic.kr/p/8T5f7N
