They gave her an absurd sched this month that starts with 5 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, then finally a full weekend. Then it gets worse.

@CoffeeAdventure Have no pourover but used 60g, 20oz in press, 4min, then over 200g ice in decanter – I like it but does it miss the point?

@CoffeeAdventure btw, the press was poured immediately and slowly but I doubt it’s exactly the same as what you described. Is it close?
