Just watched Almost Famous with @nurseterra, a fave of mine i haven’t seen in years, first for her.. Love it even more than i remembered… [#]

|
|
This whole cold/flu/whatever thing started friday morning and we’re both really sick and tired of being really sick and tired… [#]
|
|
|
Terra begrudgingly called in sick – we both still have 100 degree fevers… we made it a Cameron Crowe double feature with Vanilla Sky… [#]

|
|
I hear her in her room, coughing – as i lay here in my room, the worst part is still the headache, my coughs have eased up.. What a weekend. [#]

Lifestream for April 26th
Ok, now to drag ourselves to do some much-needed grocery shopping, then back here to kick it the rest of the day or maybe just sleep…
My chest/lungs hurt from all the coughing…
Survived grocery shopping, now extremely tired… Time to do nothing at all for the rest of the evening… -

Dont feel so good today but much better and the headache has eased up quite a bit and not so weak and achy… [#] -

However, the deal is not only limited to Warner-produced discs, but to just 128 specific titles. And the conditions note that not only is there no guarantee youรขโฌโขll get the same DVD extras (so watch out for special editions being replaced by bare-bones versions), but the disc you get might be in fullscreen rather than widescreen editions. That might not be a problem for some buyers, but the chances are that most people whoรขโฌโขve splashed out on both an HD television and a next-generation DVD player wonรขโฌโขt be too happy with a 4:3 picture.
Still sick, in bed, achy, weak, chills, head hurts – im one miserable dude… And been scaring myself, reading the news about swine flu… [#]
Awake again… @nurseterra (who is now showing symptoms, too and has a slight fever) made us some jewish penicillin (chicken soup)… [#]
Mannnn, the whole weekend is about to be gone… There was several things we really needed to get done… [#]
AND we really wanted to get back to the las cruces course and throw at least the front nine! This sucks! Monday is back to 12-hour days ๐ [#]

The pursuit of happiness is a most ridiculous phrase; if you pursue happiness you’ll never find it. C. P. Snow English novelist & scientist (1905 – 1980)
"The reprocessing of spent fuel rods from the pilot atomic power plant began as declared in the Foreign Ministry statement dated April 14," North Korea’s official news agency KCNA quoted a foreign ministry spokesman as saying."This will contribute to bolstering the nuclear deterrence for self-defense in every way to cope with the increasing military threats from the hostile forces," it said.

Lifestream for April 24th
wow, i used geocities extensively back in the day… my own homepage, lots of dreamcast browser stuff, even the original dreameye girl project… first learned html then xhtml using their page editor… won’t miss it, though – 99% of pages on it are worthless ๐ (see comment at the article by john boyle) –cc
GeoCities is closing… here’s an archived copy of mine and my ex’s homepage as it appeared on GC in oct ’01(!!) – http://tinyurl.com/cj57ox [#]
Looks like we finally have a new neighbor – someone is moving in to the empty house across the street… Looks to be a single 30ish guy… [#]
Was hoping it would be someone with a kid wesley’s age to give him someone to play with… Bummer… [#]
Shared NM DISC GOLF COURSES
well, isn’t that something… warner brothers will upgrade your hd-dvd’s to blu-ray for a mere $5… didn’t see THAT with vhs vs. beta ๐ –cc
Me and @nurseterra and wesley (i still say he needs a twitter account ๐ ) are headed to check out the las cruces course ๐ [#]
posted a new pic: Las cruces disc golf course http://tinyurl.com/c4d6np [#]
Shared 2 photos.
Ok, we walked the front 9 – it’s too treacherous for wesley, but we look forward to coming back to play this weekend when he’s with daddy ๐ [#]
Now it’s time for a Kiva Juice ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ [#]
Oops, make that K_va Juice… Oh, how i miss them – used to get them in ABQ all the time, where they often are next to a Starbucks ๐ [#]
posted a new video: Las Cruces disc golf course with terra and wesley http://tinyurl.com/dlpwyn [#]
@livin4hymn it’s at wells and pan am highway, google maps search ‘las cruces disc golf’ and it is the 2nd result, a user submitted entry… [#]
Burger King… I feel so guilty eating fast food… And it doesnt even sound good… But, it’s late, i don’t feel like cooking… [#]
Shared 3 videos.
Playing Splinter Cell Essentials on my PSP – dont know why this game gets a bad rap, i think it’s really good, albeit frustrating controls.. [#]

Installing the new psp firmware update ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ [#]
This is, hands down, the toughest day i’ve had in months and it’s finally over… Im beginning to think God can get me through anything ๐ [#]
Ok, this new subfolder feature on the psp is officially very very kewl ๐ [#]
the new psp info board is rss-based! Headline, thumb, opens in browser – a true rss reader can’t be far off! (i’ll prob still use google) [#]
mannnnnnnn, ziepod lost all my podcast subscriptions… I guess a file corrupted or something… That sucks ๐ [#]
not a bad little video, showing the growth of disc golf in the last few years… more of an "elevator pitch" aimed at getting corporate sponsorship but still fairly informative… –cc
i am inclined to agree that there is a right and wrong in even the taste of espresso… someone who has only ever had starbucks or "steam toy" "espresso" has never had a proper espresso, so, there is clearly a spectrum of what is right… –cc
Downloaded a course map for the las cruces disc golf course and put it on my psp and my phone – planning to go scope it out soon ๐ [#]
Btw, THIS IS MY 2,000th TWEET!! ๐ and in a couple weeks, it will be a year that i’ve been twittering… [#]
Anyway, the las cruces disc golf course looks very hard, like a pro course – REALLY long holes… [#]
WHAAAAT???!!!!! Joanne left Rocketboom??!!! NNNOOOOOOOO!!!!! There is something fundamentally wrong with the entire universe!! [#]
I finally sit down to catch up on rocketboom and joanne is gone – now it’s some blond chick who looks 15 and has ZERO charm or personality.. [#] -
Lifestream for April 21st
Wow, terra got her new disc golf bag already… That means we now have a guest bag again – handy for when a new person wants to tag along.. [#]
man… Robert Smith – ya’ know, lead singer of The Cure – he’s 50 today… [#]

Lifestream for April 20th
420 day… sigh… sometimes i miss the old days… um, certain days anyway… I have a real love/hate relationship with my past ๐ [#]
OOERS!! Rumor has it that the next psp firmware update will allow media subfolders! (this should have been there all along, but, still…) [#]
Correction – it is not a rumor, the news is posted on sony’s blog… Ohhhhh, i hope they bring it to the ps3 soon, too… [#]
I think today is the day i climb to the roof and wake up the bleeping swamp cooler so i can start complaining about how useless it is… [#]
After a comical incident i wish i’d got on video, the cooler is now blowing it’s useless moist air.. I’d give up a finger to have real a/c.. [#]
Lots of cleaning and the Movies You Should See podcast – been enjoying this one… All caught up on all the Twooting podcast episodes… [#] -
Lifestream for April 20th
i can’t stop watching this and i’m not sure why ๐ a musical number in the form of a flashmob-style publicity event – 200 dancers in a train station in belgium, with some great reactions from surprised onlookers… –cc
