Wow. The place at the mall that sells e-cigs is as bad as usual – $25 for 10mL bottle, $200 for non-usb eGo starter kit, etc.. AVOID.

I’ve now seen every local source for e-cigs and e-cig stuff and they are all rip-offs. Do not do it. Ask me, I’ll tell you how to proceed.

Not to mention they have little knowledge of their poduct. One place didn’t know what a cartomizer is, mall gall didn’t grock PG vs. VG.

E-cigs are the latest get-rich-quick scheme. Worst products, highest price. From what I’ve seen, never buy in person – online is only way.

@konyahurricane I just now went and looked at your past tweets to figure out who you are – I only do sms ya know so i didn’t have a clue 😛

@konyahurricane But yeah, I wish I’d known that when I did my name change a little while back.

The consensus, of course, is that I’m gonna cry like a baby when Wesley starts school and I don’t have my little sidekick all day 😛

Terra owns the living room – long overdue Free Realms all-nighter – while Wesley and I watch an spn-type movie in her room 🙂

I have promised Wesley every day of the outage that the day psn comes back, he gets to play Free Realms all day. Don’t let me down, Sony.

If Wesley doesn’t get to play Free Realms tomorrow I’ll post a pic of his weepy little eyes with "Attn:Sony" on it. Yeah. That’ll learn ’em.

Watching the 1981 camp horror (?) comedy (??) classic (??!) "Saturday the 14th" with Wesley and Terra. First viewing for all of us.

Yes, you heard me right. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saturday_the_14th

Saturday the 14th is produced by Julie Corman. Yeah, that would be B-movie legend Roger Corman’s wife. Tells ya’ all you need to know 😛

Second act means time for cappuccino creme chocolate cake and trying this new Guinness Foreign Extra. It’s good and I’m not a Guinness man.

Btw, the cappuccino creme chocolate cake is from Lowe’s (grocery store) and it is the bomb diggitayhayhay.

Interesting. Mom’s psn account and wesley’s require the email validation to re-activate, mine and terra’s don’t. Hmmm.

@don_rivers The Stand is epic, the mini-series is the best King-to-film adaptation Ive seen. Dvd has great commentary. I even have the LD 🙂

@don_rivers You won’t believe the big star cameos in The Stand (even Joe Bob Briggs 😛 ) and the main cast is nearly perfect.

@don_rivers I’ve read both versions many times – my fave King. Btw, you can also find the never-made George Romero version screnplay online.

Well, I’d better get my camera ready because, so far, I can’t log in to Free Realms. I was gonna’ go wake Wesley up early, too 🙁

Finally, I can upload to YouTube from the PS3 again. But, it still has 10 minute limit so the vid I’m uploading now is in two parts, grrr.

From April 19, Wesley making moka pot coffee (v2), part one – http://youtube.com/watch?v=gjCBz5zuZVU

And Wesley making moka pot coffee (v2), part two – http://youtube.com/watch?v=qdSJvHucpPc

Meh. RT @PSLifeStyle: New blog post: SOE’s "Welcome Back" Package Detailed, Includes Lots of Freebies http://bit.ly/mQoTMv

Would you believe even the photo management app on the PS3 is tied into PSN?? Finally works again.

Glad I started at it early – it’s been over an hour and the email I need to activate Wesley’s PSN account still hasn’t arrived.

Ok, I’ve successfully connected to Free Realms. Now I just need the email for Wesley’s account. He’ll wake any minute now.

Terra’s account is fully functional. The plan is Wesley plays Free Realms until she gets home, then she plays Free Realms until she drops 🙂

Correction: only Wesley’s account needs the email verification, even mom’s didn’t. Wtf?

c’mon c’mon c’mon clock inbox clock inbox listen for sounds from Wesley’s room clock inbox clock inbox c’mon c’mon c’mon clock inbox c’mon

So, if nothing has ever been purchased on a psn account, you have to do the email thing. Bad day to be Wesley wanting Free Realms.

Well, I have little choice but to let Wesley play my Free Realms character, which is pretty limited compared to his.

PSN re-activation email woes abound http://search.twitter.com/search?q=psn+email

@don_rivers. The Stand (either version), It, Misery, the first three Dark Tower books – I vouch for those. (I think I’ve read 13 of his.)

@don_rivers There’s others I liked but those I love. And the genres are assorted on those. Fantasy, supernatural horror, mind-bender, etc.

@don_rivers King is about what you’d expect. He’s no Clive Barker (I loved Great and Secret Show) but he’s great just the same.

@don_rivers The Stand is an epic journey, Dark Tower an epic fantasy, Misery is suffocating terror, It was a psychological experience for me

@don_rivers I would swear It is crafted to have a psych effect – they barely remember an event, so do you. Sorta subliminal. Maybe his best.

@don_rivers Caveat: the last King book I read was Four Past Midnight, so I’m WAY out of the King loop anymore.

@don_rivers Ok, I have the willies way over here. Dude. If you don’t draw the line at scorpions, where do you draw the line? Time to move.

NO!NO!!NO!!! It WAS my fault all along! It was gmail filter to put PSN purchases in a certain folder and the pw reset came from that addy!

So, after Wesley levelled the heck out of the driving jobs on my character, he is now back home on his own Free Realms account 🙂

I had been checking spam folder, just in case. It just occured to me I had that psn purchases filter set up. Sheesh.

I see Wesley’s in-game kitty is as upset as mine is. Hasn’t eaten, played, been brushed/bathed, whatever in 24 days or more.

@davideyraud Gotcha. Got mine sorted now but thanks for the reply 🙂

@don_rivers Not harmful?? No one in this house would survive even a sighting. If trying to get away didn’t kill us, sleep deprivation would.

@don_rivers now, that’s a handy cat 🙂

Watching Garden State in HD on Vudu. This is "our" movie. I always call it a love story for our generation. It does it all perfectly.

Garden State is practically a period piece – a snapshot of its time. The characters, settings, situations, dialogue – it gets it all.

And the casting is exquisite. Natalie Portman’s finest hour, imntbho. And her last innocent role, it seems.

"Maybe that’s all a family really is… A group of people that miss the same imaginary place."

Terra’s jumbled schedule this month means spn tonight. Since tomorrow is Friday the 13th, we’re gonna do as many Jason movies as we can 🙂

We’re now taking suggestions for which Friday the 13th movies to watch – we have them all available on Netflix – we don’t care about order.

Uh, Netflix yanked the Friday the 13th movies when we weren’t looking. Only Jason X and Jason Goes to Hell remain. So, the choice is made.

Makes me think something is being changed about how psn and netflix interact. It also wanted my netflix login, which it never does.

It may end up being a Joe Bob Briggs spn after all. Or maybe marathon some Dark Skies I have on vhs. Or maybe a Vudu $2 for 2 nights deal.

@RemarkableRyan That still worked yesterday but today it dead ends me at a "problem communicating with psn" sign and an OK button
